Get your kicks on Route 66! We spent a lot of the day on that historic path.
Today was our final stretch of driving and it consisted of lots and lots and lots of desert nothingness...not too exciting. But for the first few hours of the drive Pottsey and I didn't even turn on the radio. We just talked. That's some pretty good conversation skills if you ask me! =)
Seeing that California sign was a fantastic feeling. I'm glad that Pottsey was driving because the traffic in Los Angeles is pretty much horrendous, but that's kind of a given.
Now that the road trip is over the life journey will continue in L.A.
The search goes on for a job and an apartment. But for right now, I'm just glad to be here and enjoying the city with my friends.
